Jennifer Ronning

I believe in pretty hair — pretty, healthy hair with a twist — whether it be a unique color or texture. I love keeping up with the modern styles, all while remembering the classics!
I am very passionate about my career and constantly keeping up with trends. Fashion is fun and I love to shop! Taking classes at Bumble and bumble University in New York helps both my hair skills and my fashion sense. I specialize in fun-enhancing colors, blowouts, party styles, polished up-dos and makeup!

Angelique Reeves

I have always enjoyed hair since I was a little girl. Taking care of my clients and educating them on how to style their hair is my biggest priority when I am behind the chair. If they can’t recreate the techniques that I've shown them, the style will not work. Showing someone how to manage and style their hair is a specialty of mine. A proper consultation will make for the best cut and make any style much easier to manage.
As much as I love to style, color is so life-altering it’s amazing how you can change someones look in two hours! Make-overs are incredible, just a small change in hair color can make a huge impact, lip color changes, eye color is deepened or brightened, skin tone changes, cheek color changes, its truly amazing to go through colors with my clients and point out these subtleties. These are the things that can bring everything together for the perfect color match for that guest.
In my 14 years of hair dressing I started out wanting to learn everything. I got my hands on everything I could so I could advance fast. I watched fellow stylists that were in the industry for the first few years whenever I could, even if it was just for 10 minutes, it’s amazing what you can pick up. Eventually I started teaching my coworkers and found a great amount of passion in that. I love educating my clients, why not stylists? I began with Matrix doing my first onstage haircut. After three years in the industry I became a Network Educator for Bumble and bumble.
I've been to Bumble and bumble University in New York at least 15 times in the past 10 years to learn about cutting, coloring, proper consultations, education and business. I did the Monday morning makeovers on Fox 11 for two years and managed other salons as well — I then decided to open up a salon.
Being very focused on education I wanted to create an environment that hairdressers could learn and be inspired by their fellow stylists. Over the past five years I owned Salon E'lan and decided to sell, and reintroduce simplicity back into my life and to also enjoy family life and focus on what I'm most passionate about — hair!
I love my dogs Beyonca and Abel — they make my mornings and my evenings — they’re always so happy to see you. I also enjoy spending time with family, decorating, fitness, boating and gardening.

Zach Anderson

Growing up in a small Wisconsin town, Zach had the desire to get as far away as possible once he turned 18. Needless to say, he didn’t get very far. Green Bay has become home, having cultivated a career in hair styling here over the past 10 years. Advancing his education in Chicago, Minneapolis, and New York allows his creative mind to grow and satisfies the thirst for big city culture. Combining a client’s unique characteristics, realistic maintenance plan, and desired look to create a new appearance are what Zach enjoys most. His honesty and experience will aid you in finding a new ‘you.’
Outside of the salon, Zach enjoys absorbing energy from the great outdoors. He takes advantage of all four of Wisconsin’s seasons through hiking, snowshoeing, running and kayaking. To date, he has participated in five half-marathons and plans to run many more. His desire to learn more inspires him to take additional education at NWTC and UW-Green Bay. Zach enjoys escaping to Door County year-round and values spending time with family in North-central Wisconsin.

Jennifer Way

I am one of the four Jennifers that work at Salon E’lan. I have been with the salon for four years, managing the salon for two years, and have been in the hair industry for eight years.
Typically people will go into an elaborate description of who they are along with many years of experience. I am one who is very true and will dispense all inquires about myself when I meet you. I prefer to get to know my clients on a one-on-one basis. I love what I do.
Hair is an art that can be shaped and inspirational to all. I enjoy all aspects of doing hair, whether it is cutting, coloring, styling or makeup application. All I seek from each of my clients is for them to know that I am very personable and am a person who truly listens to how you envision your hair to complement you. My success is getting that vision to be real. I look forward to meeting you.

Kristin Laack

Being a part of the beauty industry for the past four years has been such a fulfilling journey for me. The opportunity to use my creativity to enhance someone’s beauty is precious to me. I have extensive experience with Aveda, Redken, Goldwell, Jane Iredale and R+Co. These lines have provided me with quality education, and I am so excited to continue exploring education opportunities with Bumble & Bumble! As a stylist, I believe strongly that education never ends.
I’m a firm believer that every transformation starts with a thorough consultation. It’s my job to make each and every guest feel at ease during a service, and a consultation will do just that! Of course I enjoy every part of this industry, however some of my favorites include special color techniques (sombre, color melting), women’s and men’s cuts, specialty styles, and makeup applications.
Outside of the salon I spend as much time as I can at my family’s cottage in Northern Wisconsin where I enjoy boating, spending time with family, campfires, snowmobiling and fish fries. When I’m not at the cottage I love to shop until I drop! Allow me to help you look and feel your best by booking an appointment with me at Salon E’lan!

Jenny Vosters

I’ve been a hair stylist for over nine years. During this time I’ve indulged myself into this craft technically and creatively. I specialize in scissor and razor haircutting, dimensional and single process hair coloring, hair extensions, waxing, and airbrush spray tanning.
I believe in making every person who sits in my chair feel like a better version of themselves when they walk out the door. Whether you’re looking for something as simple as a bang trim — or wanting a total transformation — I will help advise you to the perfect style. Every woman is beautiful. It’s my job to find that beauty, enhance it, and let it shine!

Lauren Gustafson

I’ve been passionate about the beauty industry ever since I can remember. From clipping barrettes in my grandparents hair as a toddler — to coloring and cutting friends hair in our family bathroom as a teenager — I always knew I was destined to be a stylist!
I started my career three years ago and continuing my education in the industry is extremely important to me. I love learning new techniques and keeping up with the latest trends. I’ve been trained under Redken, Aveda, Goldwell, R+Co., and am very excited to continue my education with Bumble and bumble and Original Mineral. I specialize in hypoallergenic hair coloring, which can especially benefit those who suffer from allergies or are just looking for a healthier alternative! I also enjoy doing makeup, cutting and styling. It’s important for me to customize each service to bring out the best in every person who sits in my chair, and educate them on how to recreate that look!
