Our goal is to tailor your experience based on the initial information gathered in the hair consultation as well as feedback during the service to ensure your satisfaction. Our objective is to create your desired look while offering a professional opinion to maintain a long lasting relationship. We are mindful of your overall experience — using only the finest in hair cosmetics and makeup to enhance your overall beauty.

Services Policy – Every effort will be made to ensure that every customer has a successful experience at Salon E’lan. However, services rendered will not be refunded. Our education in this industry reserves the right to refuse to perform services if clients hair condition is not favorable and/or it would compromise hair quality unfavorably as determined per stylist.

Cancellation Policy — Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We respectfully request that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. In the event you do cancel less than 24 hours each stylist reserves the right to charge a % of the missed service or the whole service cost.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.
